And to buildthe magnificent target of socialist country under the rule by law,we should start fromeducation.Along with the development of legal system education, the concept of legalsystem has recently been gradually enjoying popular support, and legal systemeducation has acheived good results. The state gradually gives high priority to legalsystem education. College legal education is an integral part of the legal systemeducation as well as an important part of the construction of a country governed bylaw. College students’ legal education is an important means to improve the legalquality-oriented education and all round improvement of legal quality is also anunshakable teaching objective of colleges and universities. While the Party CentralCommittee and the State Council attach highly importance to teaching legalinstitutions to students at university.This paper is mainly based on the current situationof College students’ legal education, adhering to all reality the spirit of research,toresearch Students’ Legal Education.In retrospect the past decades, Students’ Legal education in a vibrant,we havemad positive results.With the construction and development of social undertakings,the cause of China’s higher education is constantly evolving.Students’ Legal educationin our country, to be effective in preventing juvenile delinquency, promote thecomprehensive development of college students, and has trained a large number ofgood legal quality talent for our country. Students’ Legal education in our countrypromote the general legal education in China,and laid a good foundation for ourcountry’s rule of law implementation of the strategy, and push forward our socialistspiritual civilization and democracy and the rule of construction.At the same time found by the study, there are still a lot problems in Students’Legal education. Students’ Legal education has achieved good results, but collegestudents criminal cases have occurred.This explains that college students legal education still exists many defects. First, university legal education system is in needof development,and need to strengthen the teaching staff.The content and form ofteaching can not meet the educational needs of the legal system.Second, theeffectiveness of the college students of legal education to be improved,reflected in thestudents awareness of the law lacks,lack of legal knowledge, legal emotion and legalbeliefs;legal capacity is also lacking.The reason is that the parties is not enoughemphasis on legal education, the input of university legal education is still insufficient,the effectiveness of legal education to be improved.On this basis, this paper expounds5ways and methods to enhance the Collegestudents’ legal education:First of all, make sure the purpose of legal education. The effective implementation oflegal education, we must first achieve the goal of the transformation of legaleducation.Secondly, improve legal education system. We should try to improve the legaleducation system, the various elements of the entire legal education more complete.First, it should improve the teaching and research system, expand legal education,research, communication and cooperation. Secondly, we should optimize themanagement system of teachers, attract talent into the College,strengthen the trainingof teachers,optimize the teachers’ assessment methods,raise the level of educationquality. At the same time,we can carry out professional legal elective courses, to carry out professional legal education. We can also set up a Law minor professional,and provide professional education for needy students,carry out employment and legaleducation, concerned about the legal problems in the student employment.We shouldpay attention to the effectiveness of Legal education too.College can expand the timeof legal education,run through legal education throughout students’ schooltime,making legal education "the ever-present".College can also broaden the space oflegal education,establish multidimensional teaching model,making legal education"everywhere".Legal education must also be enhanced to carry out legalpractice,exercise legal capacity of college students.We can improve continuouslythelegal capacity of college students through establishing of a professional legal practiceplaces,organizing with the legal system featuring student clubs,carrying out theClinical Educationd and so on.Fifthly, optimize the environment of legal education.Legal environment can playa subtle influence of college students’ legal education.Therefore, to create a goodenvironment for legal education is an effective way to strengthen legal education.Optimization of the campus environment can be achieved through governance schoolby law. Purification of the social environment depends on the joint efforts of allaspects of. Optimization of the home environment need the concerted efforts of familymembers.The governance of the network environment should be pay more attention.Finally, establish the lifelong legal education perception.
