| The analysis on the phenomenon of "migration for college entrance examination" can be understood by three subjects:immigrants; suspected-immigrants; the children of migrant workers’. This essay tries to find a way to solve the migration for college entrance examination phenomenon by analysis the characteristics of those three subjects. The conformation of immigrants should be judged by the disparities of education resources between moved-out city and moved-in city. The starting year of migration students is the third year of high school, and the moved-in cities are the places where have lower score standards and higher admitted rates. For the suspected-immigrants, they are able to attend the college entrance examination in the moved-in city if they satisfied the following three requirements: parent with three working experience in the moved-in city, certificate of house property right in the moved-in city and a candidate with three high school years’studying experience in the moved-in city. Also, there are some requirements for the children of migrant workers’:a parent who has three years of payment of social insurance certificate, a child who has enrollment status and three years studying experience certificate.1come up with all above conditions by considering the following aspects:our nation’s current conditions, the shortages of laws and regulations, administrative assistance and supervision, society insurance and estate rights. |
