The Research On The Teacher’s Human Resource Development Of Yanbian University

Nowadays, the human resource development is not only the key competitive power in the enterprises, but also plays crucial role in colleges and universities. It has become one of the most pressing tasks to develop human resources. Universities, as the publicity base with the up-to-date information, the development base with the most advanced technical abilities, the cultivated base with the best qualified people, is the concentrated place of knowledge and human resources. And the core of human resources is talents resource, and the core, of talent resources is the top talents. Under the background of knowledge economic society and economic globalization, it is important to develop the human resources in universities. At present, human resources of college, in both quantity and quality, still can not meet the development of our country to higher education requirements. Compared with the developed countries, it still has a very big disparity. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on theory and find out the potencial of human resources sufficiently so as to achieving the sustainable development of college. Moreover, universities in minority areas have neither geographical nor economical advantages in the battle for talents. Only proceed from the reality, regarded the development of human resources as one of the most important goals, can we win a victory in the white war.This thesis makes survey to the teachers of Yanbian University under the guidance of relevant theory about human resources development, by analyzing the main factors which influence the human resources development of Yanbian University, the author has a further understanding and masters the main problems in the Yanbian University’s human resources development, and some practical strategies are applied to tackle the problems in this respect.
