Middle school students weariness is a widespread social phenomenon, weariness is related to dropout closely The weariness problem become more and more widespread concerned in the community. Young people is one of the main target of the social work service, the school is the main position of the education of young people. Social worker assigned to secondary school, to assist school leaders and teachers to carry out the moral, mental health education and other aspects, to help students get rid of psychological distress, depression, loss of control, weariness, Internet addiction, youth deviance and other predicament. At the same time, social workers assigned to a school with the identity of outside the system has his unique advantage, be worth of students’ trust, student-oriented, low authority and high enthusiasm, which can effectively promote the social worker to carry out the social work in the school. Therefore, the study of rural middle school students weariness problem has important practical significance.In this study, on the basis of relevant research, base on the H middle school in Hebei province, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to collect information and study on the students’ weariness. The article is divided into five parts.Part I:on the basis of an overview of the weariness at home and abroad, analyze the inadequacy of existing research to find their own point of view, innovation possible and sort out writing ideas.Part II:study design. First, defined the concept on weariness,then describe in detail of the weariness judgment,and then introduce the method of this study and describe the sample characteristics.Part III:the weariness performance and the present situation of the rural high school students are described. The study found out that the performance of the rural middle school students weariness includes three aspects,they are interest in learning missing, the motivation missing, learning attitude is not correct;the weariness rate of the investigated middle school relatively high, weariness students have significant differences in gender and grade.Part IV: middle school students’ weariness reason analysis. Respectively, from the personal factors, family factors, school factors and social factors four aspect to analyze the reason of the students’ weariness Study found out that: the cause of weariness, personal factors including learning methods lacking, motivation in learning missing, puppy love; family factors, including parents lack of concern for children’s academic, lack of counseling capacity, inappropriate educational methods; the main aspects of school factors including the lack of teaching resources and more traditional teaching methods, poor management of schools; social factors including the impact of the network (game, video, chat), and reading uselessPart V: on the basis of analysis of weariness causes, combined with the advantages of school social workers, use of the service concept of the social work and working methods, make appropriate recommendations and strategies.Elaboration through the above five parts, the weariness situation of rural middle school students, weariness causes and the measures to inhibit the weariness have a more comprehensive understanding,the possible innovation lies in the analysis of middle school students weariness of the control strategy from the perspective of social work.
