At present, it is very hard to put oral communication into effect inteaching on account of unspecific content and insufficient relevantknowledge. To put oral communication teaching into effect, we needto solve the critical problem on “what should be taught” and researchestablishment of teaching content on oral communication.The paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter I refers tointroduction which contains problems to be raised, literature summary,research content, methods, object and significance. Chapter IIintroduces the framework for establishing teaching content on oralcommunication. This framework contains four parts ranging fromestablishment of teaching content on oral communication “in daily life”,establishment of teaching content on oral communication “in oneorganization”, establishment of teaching content on oralcommunication “on a proud occasion” to teaching content onlistening attentively and non-language communication.Chapter Ⅲ introduces establishment of teaching content on oralcommunication “in daily life”. The teaching content related toexchange of pleasantries&chitchat, retelling&reporting, making atelephone call, persuasion will be collated in this chapter. Moreover,relevant teaching cases have been adopted. Chapter IV introducesestablishment of teaching content on oral communication “in oneorganization”. The teaching content on discussion, debate, interviewand speech have been discussed respectively, and relevant mannersof activities will be collated respectively. Relevant course record andteaching design have been adopted and analyzed.Chapter Ⅴ introduces establishment of teaching content on oralcommunication “on a proud occasion”. The teaching content containssomeones response to an interview and role-play. Relevant teaching content has been collated and specific analysis has been carried outaccording to relevant teaching cases. Chapter VI introduces teachingcontent on listening attentively and non-language communication. Theteaching content on listening attentively in a critical manner has beensummarized and the foundation elements for non-languagecommunication have been analyzed. In the end of this paper,conclusion and suggestion will be given. The brief summary on teachingcontent of oral communication will be implemented andcorresponding suggestion on problems occurred in the field of oralcommunication will be given.The establishment of teaching content on oral communicationhas been collated and analyzed in this paper to obtain clear structurefor teaching content and offer reference function in determiningsubject targets and choosing teaching content; Practical reference fororal communication teaching can be offered simultaneously to furtherdevelop subjects on Chinese oral communication. On account of these,this research has theoretical significance and reference value forpractice.
