Humans into the21st century, the advent of information society,information access, transmission, processing and applicationcapabilities will serve as the people the most basic level ofcompetence and cultural symbol. Modern information technology hasbeen widely used in all areas of society; set up information technologyin primary and secondary classes is very important and necessary.
