With the gradual separation of state and society, the public sphere has become real existence. Public sphere is a bridge between national and personal communication, which will have an effect on our social and economic development and democratic political construction. Public intellectuals are the main force of the public sphere.This essay analyzes the behavior of Rinchinjungnai,a Mongolian intellectual of Inner Mongolia region, especially studying the Mongolian literature Borjigin award as the main research object which is founded by Rinchinjungnai, exploration of Rinchinjungnai in the vision of the public sphere. This paper is composed by five parts.Preface, the part describes the research background, the research objectives and the significance, the research method and so on. Chapter I introduces the environment of growth, learning experience, career and literary achievements of Rinchinjungnai. Chapter Ⅱ mainly analyzes the formation of the Mongolian literature Borjigin award, the process of six times’award ceremony, and the content of the work and the general situation of the public attention. ChapterⅢ analyzes the behavior of Rinchinjungnai which is expressed by the role of public intellectuals and public domain features. Chapter Ⅳ mainly analyzes on the influence of the Mongolian literature Borjigin award and the existing problems. Conclusion part summarizes the influence of Rinchinjungnai on Mongolian literature and Mongolian social culture. At the same time, he puts forward the importance of the construction of the public sphere.
