In recent years, with the strong support of the state, high vocational schools have been focusing on the quality of education and benefit of school. Especially the one hundred demonstration vocational colleges program provides a better opportunity for the development of high vocational schools. The key to the development of vocational colleges is in-depth cooperation with enterprises. The key point of school-enterprise cooperation is learning from foreign advanced mode and successful experience, integrating local resources, constantly adjusting the profession to adapt to the development of economic, innovating and forming localization characteristics. Therefore, it is worth exploring that how to integrate school resources, achieve the win-win situation of school-enterprise, serve society and create for their own localization features.High vocational schools in Hunan province should learn the foreign experience that foreign school-enterprise cooperation models are very mature. First of all, mutual benefit is the most important. Schools should give full consideration to the interests of enterprises. Only in this way, enterprise could try their best to provide equipment and funding for students training. Secondly, School-enterprise cooperation should full take the development of local industry into account and serve the local economy. This is also useful for the cooperation. At last, high vocational schools should make sure that graduate students are good at what they are going to do. Factories need workers not apprentice. The author take high vocational schools in Hunan province for example to analyze the specific practice of high vocational schools in Hunan province learning advanced foreign experience of school-enterprise cooperation, learn the localization process of foreign modes, find out problems in those high vocational schools and put forward some personal opinions on further strategies of development and localization of school-enterprise cooperation. From the practice of cooperation of the demonstration vocational colleges and enterprises in Hunan Province, we know that school-enterprise cooperation localization is on the basic stage of integrating, absorption and improving foreign advanced experience. There are still many problems in the process of transformation of local, for example, the school-enterprise cooperation is not deep enough, school resource allocation is unreasonable and capacity of social services is not well. In order to speed up the process of localization of school-enterprise cooperation, schools and enterprises both sides should be based on actual project as the carrier cooperation, integrate various resources and adapt to the prospective needs of the industrial structure adjustment. Then they serve social and increase their influence in order to get better background and development of school-enterprise cooperation.This thesis is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction, The central idea of the chapter is introduces the study of the origin, significance, and the definition of domestic research and related concepts, Paving the way for later writing.The second chapter introduces the classic advanced mode of university-enterprise cooperation, and some revelations for school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools in our province; Chapter Three mainly takes Hunan Industry Polytechnic, Hunan Communication Polytechnic and Changsha Social Work College for example, the author introduces that how Hunan demonstration vocational colleges learn from the advanced mode of school-enterprise cooperation at abroad as well as successful experience in the localization of some exploration.The main of the fourth chapter analy some problems in the localization process of a model school-enterprise cooperation in Hunan Province, some solutions and suggestions are given for the future direction of development.
