The trend of scientific development emphasizes comprehensiveness and unity. The intersection between different disciplines gives rise to major breakthroughs and disciplinary growth in the history of science. Optimizing the development of physical education training not only meet the realistic need of current educational reform, but also embodies the feature of the development physical education. Therefore, it is especially important to clarify the meaning of disciplinary intersection, the history and current state of physical education training, to analyze the factors that influence physical education development, to explore how to establish reasonable standards of criteria of the disciplinary structure and set up optimized policy for physical education training courses.Physical education has always received support in higher education and physical education training, enjoying comprehensive advantages in the inter-disciplinary studies, such as manpower, disciplines, financing and equipment. This study focuses on the optimization of China’s physical education training courses, with an aim to enrich interdisciplinary theories and improve related research system. This study uses literature and material method, concept-analysis method and expert-interview method to compare and study on the basis of deeply understanding and analyzing disciplinary structure and division of departments, with an aim to review the current state of cross-disciplines and reflect on the history and current state of China’s physical education training. The objective of this study is to probe into the feature and rule of the development of physical training courses. Therefore, this paper is divided into five parts:Part One:introduction, in which the background and meaning of this study is stated, introducing related studies in China and abroad and, in particular, commenting on the results that have been accomplished in the current literature and explaining the guideline, content and method of the study.Part Two:describes the primary study method and procedure in this study.Part Three:explains the history and current state of China’s physical training education, forecasting the future development of this discipline and claims interdisciplinary studies will be a new force for interdisciplinary physica training education. On the basis of comprehensively analyzing factors that influence physical training education, the paper brings forward a rational judging standard of disciplinary structure. Factors that influence interdisciplinary physical training education include the limit of knowledge of researchers themselves, the layout of organizational structure, and the education plan for graduate students and so on.Part Four:analyzes the driving force behind the interdisciplinary intersection of physical training education, claims that the history and experience provide good lesson for future development of the discipline. What is more, the development feather of the discipline also gives rise to the original force behind the interdisciplinary intersection of physical training education. Finally, national policy and the changes in physical education development trend also require integrated development so as to adapt to the need for physical education versatile talents.Part Five:brings forward concrete measures from the perspective of optimizing physical training education. From new theories on organizational innovation, the paper proposes the following suggestions: by positively guiding researchers, we should further create cooperative atmosphere for the development of physical training education; by effectively combining resources, we should further optimize the internal organizational structure of physical training courses; by improving talent training models, we should further cultivate versatile physical education professioinal. By improving and coordinating system innovation, we should improve the sustainability of the discipline.
