Secondary vocational schools are an important component in modern education system ofour country and the important basis of the national economic and social development, whichhave a great significance to cultivate high-quality labors and practical talents. Today, ourcountry is striving to develop the vocational education, and accelerate the development ofhuman resources; therefore, the secondary vocational education is confronted with greatopportunities.However, secondary vocational schools are confronted with especially a rigorous test andchallenge because of the enlarging scale of student-recruitment in higher education and thedeveloping trend of senior middle school education. And the quantity and quality of studentsbecome the maximal bottleneck that restraints the development of schools. A considerablenumber of low mark and responsibility students swarm into secondary vocational schools,which causes the moral education of students and management of school to be more and moredifficult. Responsibility education is part of education process. The sense of responsibilityeducation is medium occupation moral education in schools an important part. On thesecondary vocational students sense of culture, is the realization of secondary vocationalschool students self perfection and development needs, is to improve the socialist marketeconomic development needs of the moral consciousness needs, is to create a socialistharmonious society important force needs. Due to the current social environment complexity,school education and family education biased defects and other reasons, led to the lack ofsecondary vocational school student’s sense of responsibility, fulfill responsibility abilitydifference. Thus the education and guide students to consciously responsible consciousnessand ability, realize the human tradition ethical spirit, influence and radiation in the vocationalschool is public, be one’s unsinkable responsibility mission.This study from the current secondary vocational school student’s sense of responsibility,sense of responsibility of the weakening of the reasons set out, draw lessons from domesticand international responsibility education success experience, explore the new situationimprove medium occupation school students’ sense of responsibility the countermeasure andthe suggestion, in order to further strengthen the school moral education, training to adapt tothe social development in the new century requires people made beneficial exploration.
