Materialistic dialectic of Marxist philosophy deems that the development of things existtwo sides. According the Marxism, we should analyze the question both sides. The rapiddevelopment of modern social politics, economy and technology brings us both convenientand unexpected drawbacks. People’s pressure is greater and greater and the psychologicalproblems like nervous, anxiety, fear and depression are becoming more and more serious. Thedevelopment of the Times puts the request of the higher mental character forward the people.Developing psychologically healthy education to cultivate the physical and mental health offuture successors is important symbol of contemporary advanced education and even more theneeds of the development of the Times. The school psychologically healthy education shouldbe permeated comprehensively into every link of the school education fields, especially indiscipline of teaching. Chinese subject as the subject which is close connection with people’sdevelopment have the characteristic of perfect combinations of art and thought, knowledgeand humanity, it’s function of cultivation can’t be replaced. So, developing psychologicallyhealthy education for young students in the process of Chinese teaching has advantagedrequirement. This paper takes Chinese teaching as a platform. It is based on pedagogy、educational psychology、developmental psychology、philosophy education and so on. It takessome research methods such as literature retrieval、 psychology measuringtechnique(SCL-90)、the survey interview research、data analysis and so on to carry out theresearch. And in practice, the writer made an attempt on containing psychologically healthyeducation in Chinese teaching, trying to find out the effective strategies of the combination ofmental health education and Chinese teaching. This paper is divided into four parts: themental health condition of adolescent and cause analysis, the feasibility of containingpsychologically healthy education in Chinese teaching, the teaching practice and analysis ofcontaining psychologically healthy education in Chinese teaching, the strategy of containingpsychologically healthy education in Chinese.The beginning of the paper is a preface, pointing out the harsh situation of people’smental problem in modern society and the urgency to implement psychologically healthyeducation to young students. Chapter one introduces the definition of mental health, the criterion of mental health, thecriterion of young students’ mental health, the condition of young students’ mental health andcause analysis.Chapter two discusses the feasibility of containing psychologically healthy education inChinese teaching. Specifically include: Chinese subject teaching can implementpsychologically healthy education timely and continuously. Part of the teaching target ofChinese subject is similar to psychologically healthy education. The content of Chinesesubject is beneficial to students’ psychological health education.Chapter three introduces the teaching practice of containing psychologically healthyeducation in Chinese teaching. Through two Chinese teaching case for the display of Chineseteaching and mental health education in the appropriate combination, and carried out adetailed analysis.Chapter four is the most important part, discusses the strategy of containingpsychologically healthy education in Chinese. Mainly on the basis of Chinese teachingpractice, I summed up a few the strategy of containing psychologically healthy education inChinese.
