| Snowboard half-pipe is a newly-rising winter sport in China, which has great room for development and is the advantage for getting gold in the Olympic Winter Games. A person having good physical ability is a guarantee of completing a variety of difficult movements and also is an important aspect of injury prevention, so physical development for the project occupies an important position, and the importance of physical training has also been recognized by the majority of coaches and athletes. In order to find the effective methods and arrangements of physical ability training and provide reference for scientific physical ability training, this study summarizes and analyzes the methods and arrangements of snowboard half-pipe National Team’s physical ability training of preparatory phase.This study researched the snowboard half-pipe National Team’s physical ability training of2010’s preparatory phase by using the methods of literatures, interviews, site observation, experiment, statistics, contrast-analysis method. The conclusions are as follows:(1) The snowboard half-pipe National Team attached importance to core strength training in the strength training of preparatory phase; The core strength training used some methods including free-hand exercises of steady-state, non-steady-state, free strength exercises of steady-state, non-steady-state; The basic strength training mainly depended on combination apparatus in the weight room; The training methods of specific strength training present diversified features, and the methods all combined with the exerting form of this sport.(2) In the coordination agility training, the balance training and coordination training come first; Speed training ran through the agility training; Endurance mainly adopted intermittent running and continuous running; The main mode of flexible training is stretching exercises in the end of every training class. (3) In the eighte weeks’ preparatory phase of snowboard half-pipe National Team, the overall trend of physical ability training load is heavy-light-medium; The physical ability training load characteristics of basic week is:Monday is usually the lowest point of the load, and thursday is the summit of physical ability training load for a week.(4) The training of snowboard half-pipe National Team’s preparatory phase was mainly land training, and the times of physical ability training equaled to the times of skills training; The physical ability training was mainly strength and coordinate ability training; With the conduct of the preparatory phase, the aerobic endurance training gradually decreased, the strength training gradually increased and the coordination agility, flexible training remained relatively stable; The strength training was mostly arranged in former of training class, and the aerobic endurance training is usually scheduled in the latter stage of training class.(5) Through the preparation period after the test results related to the test, the balance training is the best and anaerobic training had a less effect; the women’s team basically reached the expected target and had a better training effect, while the men’s team had a less effective in the physical ability training of2010’s preparatory phase. |
