| Preparing for the Youth Olympic Game, National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team find7young player afer several tests to enter the National Team. But the players’physical conditioning have some shortcomings, so coaches make lower stength and stability is the most importance of the strength and conditioning training.The research objects of the present study are seven12-year-old national Rythmic gymnastics team players, including one national-level athlete and one national secondary-level athlete. This paper has conducted eight-week testing and evaluation of Lower limb strength and stability to seven excellent young art gymnastics athletes. At the same time, it has also made an analysis on special technical movements, the training situation of lower limb strength and stability. According to the age and special characteristics, we may find out their deficiencies in lower limb strength and stability, and make comprehensive analysis and lay down scientific and effective training plan, training methods and means to guide the training practice. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The lower limb strength and stability of the rythmic gymnastics players make directly affect to their technology and performance.(2) For the Rhythmic Gymnastics juvenile athlete, the lower extremity strength training method is divided into the lower limb explosive power training, lower extremity dynamic strength training, strength training of lower limb static control lower limb stability training.(3)Junior Rhythmic Gymnasts lower extremity strength training can use bare hands to stand heel resistance to leg swing, unarmed, weight or lower limb flexion and extension strength exercisess using unstable equipments the training can use thera bands, mini-bands, Swiss balls, the sliding plateauxiliary training; hand, to overcome the weight and lower extremity strength and stability exercises, in accordance with the degree of difficulty of the action to determine the number of repetitions, but no more than30-35per group; resistance lower extremity strength training should use smaller load, the number of repetitions is20times per group is appropriate.(4)Junior Rhythmic Gymnasts lower limb strength training can use unstable equipments to maintain a certain period of time the difficulty of actions, use unstable equipment to complete the practice of unilateral lower limb control action; training equipment can use balance disc Ruanta the thera band, the Swiss ball to do auxiliary exercises; time to complete the second motion control on unstable equipments limb5-8seconds per group is appropriate and should be bilateral exchange exercises, exchange of the number of5to10times per group is appropriate.(5)Junior Rhythmic Gymnasts jump (explosive) training can be continuous jump over obstacles, multi-directional continuous jump over obstacles, the hand or a small load for squat jumps, control of leg swing to a high degree of continuous jumping; training equipment can be used hurdle, rope ladder, etc. Do the obstacles, jumping rope and other equipment as specified height markers; hand jump20times per group is appropriate, such as negative a light weight, can be reduced to12times per group, continuous over obstacles in order to complete8to10times is appropriate, the fixed height of jump height should be selected to athletes their own ability. |
