National youth soccer activities on campus is in full swing in the primary and secondary schools in different areas throughout the country, three years have been showing a wide range of problems and shortcomings.Since the campus football at school, primary and secondary schools in China, what are the links features football and campus activities, and what areas they are conflicting about?Solve the contradiction is no doubt that campus football activities of both priority of sustainable development, to the cultivation of young football talents in China, raising the level of football competition as a whole has a positive significance and of great practical significance.This study used the literature for information law, questionnaire surveys, field visits, expert interview, by means of statistical methods, and other graduate students on the campus of national youth football investigation for the activities carried out, the basic features of China’s primary and secondary schools, college football activities on campus from the perspective of school functions.I will give you some important results of the study.1.Basic function is to teach persons education of primary and secondary schools in China.China’s primary and secondary schools is taught to implement aesthetic education in moral, intellectual, and physical education, and labor and technical education, training places, has the function of education.hinese soccer is--the development of football returning to campus, designed to provide a campus as a carrier, with education as the basis, first adult re-growth of ideas and universal primary and secondary school football, but must follow the basic function of football on campus.This stage, the campus football was dominated by sports Department, Education Department supplemented, related decisions, major planning is to sports as the main responsible parties ignored the basic functions of the school and campus football activity mutual relations of the two, and carrier activities places--schools, lost schools’ function and position.2.Main factors of restricting campus football activities and efficient is a lack of funds.National campus of special funding of$40million per year is far from guaranteed quality and improve, lack of funds resulted in activities carried out by the space requirements, equipment configuration, such as restricted, campus football policy makers and operators of subsidies restricted, such as teachers’ instructor led training, entry of special subsidies, this factor has an important effect on teachers’ positive. Students take apart in football competition whether or not, it depend on the support of family.Teachers coach overall level is not high to a large extent restricted the development of the campus football and improved.In addition developing school leadership on campus football its importance also has a direct impact on the development level of football on campus.3.Campus football activities of some restrictive factors in the process, is carried out by national youth football on campus activities caused by a conflict with the basic functions of the school, leading to frustrate the management system and operation system.First of all, such as space, insufficient equipment is relative to the normal physical education activities in schools, campus football activities if definitely has to increase added the appropriate venue, equipment. Second football football is the main task of teachers teaching in schools, most are normal graduates, levels are not high, basic lead-free experiencing, and school teachers are not instructor led training, participate in the campus football game into does not belong to individual workloads, most without extra subsidies, and will therefore reduce the positivity.Again such as parents, school leaders do not support or do not attach importance to the campus football activities, because they think that basic function is to teach persons education in schools, too much time and energy on campus football will affect students’ academic learning at school, affecting careers, short, the campus football activities in school, now part of the requirements is beyond the scope of school functions, conflicts between the two was inevitable, thus restricting the sustained development of the national youth football activities on campus.
