The Research On The Effect Of Power Awareness On The Personality Of College Students

As a group with higher education, college students are important to the society. Whether their personality is perfect or not plays a decisive role on the future development of the nation. Building the perfect personality is necessary for both the personal health of body and mind of the contemporary college students, and it also means awakening their minds of personality. More importantly, it correlates with overall quality optimization and reform of the current college students and the future harmony and stability of the society. With review of the sound personality theory of memorial, the present article will discuss the connotation and characteristics of college student’s sound personality, On the basis of empirical study, the article will analyze the contemporary college students’ power values and the cause of the college students’ personality deviation. Based on the college students’ cognition of power, we will put forward the measures to shape the sound personality of college students:Strengthen the basic role of the family education, which forms the first threshold of the correct "power cognitive"; Perfect social system environment, to form students’own pursuit of personality, in which they can practice justice rules with initiative; improve the major role of the school education, to form students’correct recognition of authority. With the help of family, school, society and others, lead the college students to form the correct power values, and promote the development of their healthy personality.
