Study On Success Concept And College Students’ Growth

The pursuit of success has been the eternal topic of our human beings, people realize the value of their life by pursuing of success, only because of the desire of success, and we are gaining more powers to constant development. Success is always growing with ages, people of different ages have different point of views.Based on clarifying the concepts of "success", success concept","growth and success", this article gained the firsthand information of affections of college students’ growth and development on success; analyzed the double impact of the "success hot" of students’ growth by a questionnaire and normative statistics among college students in a particular background. It will not only strengthen the sense of purpose and stimulate students’ awareness of the struggle; stir up the sense of competition for students to enhance their ability to overcome the weaknesses of human nature which can improve the positive impact of students’ psychological quality; there are also some negative affections which caused by blind impetuosity of the quick success, ignoring the spirit of teamwork, the inflation of personality, and the deviation of personal values and the socialist core values.Come up with some ways and methods to help college students’ growth:firstly, help students to establish a scientific and rational view of success by dialectical. Secondly, take advantages of different subjects; integrate resources to led our college students to success. Thirdly University education should build a platform for the growth of college students by class education and daily education to cultivate their advantages. As for universities, they should optimize the growing environment and strengthen the intensity of the college students’ practical education.Scientific, rational view of the success concept should enable students to become a successful and talent person who grasp the correct life-oriented, strong ability of knowledge and technology, spiritual abundance, full of happiness and social responsibilities.
