Objectives: Investigation of Adult Higher Nursing Education students fromprofessional training to undergraduate course, classroom teachers, the employing unit headnurse and some experts on curriculum evaluation and recommendations, provide areference for educational reform.Methods: Through cross-sectional survey and theDelphi method, the survey conducted in two parts. The first part: using the field way tocollect teaching program of adult nursing from professional training to undergraduatecourse and analyzed; using self-designed questionnaire to collect evaluation aboutcurriculum overall satisfaction, course, teaching methods, assessment methods, practicesforms of organization, relevant curriculum needs in the area and professional competenceof adult nursing students from professional training to undergraduate course, at school159,134graduates,25classroom teachers, the employing unit head nurse97.The second part:through the Delphi method to reset the professional training to undergraduate coursecurriculum. Results:1) the course structure: The average course total hours several for1223hours, theory and practice class of the proportion of the average ratio for1:0.13.2)Status: Thinking of the teaching content has "a lot of repetition or part of repetition"accounts for86.17%of the total numbers of respondents.3)teaching mode: More than halfof the respondents identity "the case teaching ".4) assessment way: More than half of therespondents identity "traditional the written, the statement of the case study and analysis".5) practices forms of organization: More than half of the respondents identity "theory withpractice ".6) relevant curriculum needs in the area: More than half of the respondentsidentity of the lack of knowledge and ability for "scientific research ability, clinicalmanagement ability, clinical teaching ability"; the need to strengthen the ability of specialized nursing for" emergency first aid care, intensive care".7) professional ability:Less satisfied with the employer on the evaluation of scientific research capacity.8) theDelphi method: Delete six indexes, the nine index change, increased the four indicators,final three curriculum group,22subjects. The average experts coefficient94.67%positive,authority coefficient is0.905, the resulting22subjects of variation coefficient are﹤0.25,coordinate coefficient of expert opinion for0.600~0.935(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:1)The adjustment in recent years, the curriculum is generally satisfactory.2) Adult careprofessional training to undergraduate course education still has the problems of teachingcontent repeating, teaching methods, assessment methods and practices forms oforganization need to be further adjustment. Scientific research, management, teachingability and emergency treatment, intensive care nurse capacity needs to be strengthened.3)The positive coefficient and authoritative coefficient of experts were higher, variablecoefficient and coordinate coefficient of expert advice which conform to the requirementsof statistics, and finally created as the result of good representative and authority, to thelater teaching reform has certain reference value.
