From the day ones came in to higher vocational colleges, vocational collegefreshmen ’s role has changed, this change affected the entire students’ behaviorthinking, value choice and ability training in the three vocational years, what is thedevelopment key in their personality from the middle school to adult stages.Admittedly, the current vocational colleges has made many effort in the new schooleducation, also obtained certain result, but generally speaking, the effect is not ideal,the entrance education is lack of appeal and attraction for freshmen, vocationalcollege freshmen enrollment education research has certain defects, whether ineducational content or the forms of education have certain reform space. The urgentneed is to strengthen and improve higher vocational college freshmen education,thereis a need for further study.On Research of Higher Vocational College Freshmen Education, is to improvethe quality of Higher Vocational Education under the background of present andunfolded, is taking the higher vocational college freshmen education contents as themain line, with the features of higher vocational college students as the breakthroughpoint and advance deployment.Higher vocational education in education is increasingly highlighted theimportant position. Those the object of education is the quality colleges anduniversities students’ education. Due to the higher vocational education and theparticularity of students in vocational colleges, the vocational college freshmen oftenhave its own characteristics. For this special group of students’ education, they needto grasp their personality and characteristics, targeted to carry out for the entranceeducation of freshmen in higher vocational colleges and the construction of thecontent system and provide the basis for. Higher vocational college freshmeneducation although obtain certain result, but in the education content what is still aproblem, such as education goal, education mode and education effect. Trace it to itscause, are mainly the traditional economic system, the lack of three-dimensionalmechanism and normative teachers and scientific methods. Higher Vocational CollegeFreshmen Education in educational philosophy, environmental change, educationmethods and management model of the four facing a challenge, face series ofproblems and challenges. How to solve and deal with is becoming the first problem. Based on the particularity of the higher vocational colleges, the present schooleducation is still had problems and challenges. Therefore only in accordance with theprovisions of the education objectives in vocational colleges to comply with the timesand the social requirements, according to the needs of students’ development, followthe principles of entrance education for freshmen in Higher Vocational College, on thecorner of entrance education mode, content from the surface and the deep two aspectsto construct. Higher vocational college freshmen education method and thecountermeasure choice, only to meet the needs of students, with the characteristics offreshmen in higher vocational colleges, adopt scientific methods, to achieve the aimof education, to achieve the desired effect.
