Self estimation of efficiency in learning is very important to learners.However, thestudy in this field for basic school educaton is very weak, the practice of the applicationof the study for self estimation of efficiency in learning is even rarer to be seen. Themain reasons for this phnomenon are the lack of popularization of this kind of studyand lack of good assessing tools for self estimation of efficiency in learning in differentsubjects. That’s why we try to carry out this study in chemisitry learning for middleschool students.Based on the study of related researches, combined with the acknowledge ofmiddle students characters in learning chemistry, this essay tries to find out thedefinition for self estimation of efficiency in learning, and explore the theoritical modelof it by induction and elabration. According to these primary researches, we try to findout connotation, the related elements and its functions of the definition, and then figureout the structure of the testing table of different subitems, make out the examing paperof each item. After checking and modifing repeatedly, we work out the formalevaluation table.This essay tests the reliability and the relavance of self estiomation of efficiency inlearning with grade, sex, age, parents’educaton level etc. The results of the data showthat the testing table is reliable and can achieve the setting goal.In the end of this essay, we state that the creative aspect of this research is that weconstruct the structure of self estimation of efficiency in learning and the testing table,we deliver the method of how to work out the testing table, thus to supply an examplefor producing relative evaluation table. As for the advantages and disadvantages of thisessay, they lie in practice.
