A Study On The Strategy Of Postgraduate Education Development In Wuhan Megalopolis

The aim of this study is to put forward the development strategy ofpostgraduate education development of Wuhan Megalopolis in the2010-2020Period.So this paper starts with analyzing the related concepts and the theoreticalbasis of the strategy of graduate education development, to clear the necessityand thinking of the strategy of graduate education development of WuhanMegalopolis.Secondly, regarding the status of the postgraduate education developmentof Wuhan Megalopolis as the research object, through investigation andanalysis, we have summarized the achievements and the existing problems inthe graduate education development of Wuhan Megalopolis. Based onachievements and problems, it is the key point of putting forward the strategicidea.Then, we have analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by thegraduate education development of Wuhan Megalopolis. It is an essentialcondition to seize the opportunities, meet challenges for achieving thepostgraduate education development of Wuhan Megalopolis. It is animportant content of the strategic research as well.Finally, considering the current status and situation, we put forward thestrategic idea of the graduate education development of Wuhan Megalopolis.Specifically, according to the established strategic guidelines and principle,we have proposed the strategic objectives of the graduate education2010-2020development of Wuhan Megalopolis. And we have also proposedfive concrete goals, which are scale goal, quality goal, benefit goal,internationalized goal and goal of specializing to the actual situations ofWuhan Megalopolis. In the meanwhile, we have confirmed thecountermeasures, and proposed five main strategic guarantees, which aim to achieve the strategic objectives of the graduate education development ofWuhan Megalopolis.The idea we emphasize in this study is that we must apply the outlook ofinter-relation and development to treat the strategy of postgraduate educationdevelopment in Wuhan megalopolis. We are supposed to analyze varies ofissues about the postgraduate education development in Wuhan megalopolisthrough the strategic perspective, clarify its strengths and weaknesses, go withthe trend, follow the development rule of education, grasp its own direction ofdevelopment, understand the specific goals of a certain period, then topropose a variety of practical measures.
