The students’ main task is to learn. The style of study is the most important factor in the development of student learning. The college student’s development must have strong learning atmosphere as support. Strengthening the construction of college students has a great significance to cultivate the college students’ growth.This paper based on the study of basic knowledge as a starting point, in the presence of the new features and new problems as the driving force to study. Through the survey of college students, the general development situation is very good. But there are still existing areas in need of improvement, mainly includes learning motivation needs less noble, learning method is not pragmatic enough, learning behavior lack of embracing, learning attitude is not initiative enough, learning objectives is not clear enough.The problem of detailed data, through the analysis of mining the shadow play and study the main factor of development, finally comes down to the university environment, social environment and the penetration of family and personal role in three aspects. In the school, education idea is primary, faculty development is the key to guarantee, and the mechanism is necessary. In a social context, includes defects in the environment of market economy and the policy environment, the negative influence of Internet environment.
