In2006September the State Sport General Administration, the Ministry of education and other departments issued student fitness test data show that, my physical health of young people in more than20years not only did not improve, but declining. In the economic globalization today, along with the external culture, more and more Chinese children interested in foreign culture, thus to Chinese traditional cultural identity of severe loss. According to the basic theory of early childhood development, early childhood education to follow the basic law, give full play to the role of martial arts in the basic education in the important role, in kindergarten martial arts game teaching, improving children’s physical, on the other hand, to strengthen their sense of identity of Chinese traditional culture. In this paper, through the literature material law, the expert interview law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method and based on children’s physical and psychological development characteristics, a large class in kindergarten affiliated with Hunan Normal University Wushu game teaching practice. It was concluded from practice kindergarten Martial Arts Games not only can enhance children’s physical, can also play in a relaxed and happy learning martial arts, to improve children’s interest in learning martial arts, martial arts games become so that children feel the Chinese traditional culture method, enhanced the children of the country’s cultural identity.
