Research On Empowerment Action Of Field Military Spouse Came To Shanghai

The respondents of the research is the military spouse of X community in Shang Hai who come to shanghai with their husband from other regions,the research is based on the "Yuan Dong Li "project, the target of the research is to improve the problem-solving ability,arouse the potential, promote the development and the most important-empowerment of the military spouse from three aspects:personal interpersonal community.The article aims to offer military spouse professional social work service of empowerment,easing the missing caused by wrong family interaction patterns, tension of parent-child relationship,the families failed to get jobs,society problems,keeping the balance of the family system and the society system by using the concepts and methods of empowerment.The research methods of the article are action research method and qualitative research method. By studying the statement the behavior change the level of the participation of the respondents demonstrate the change and effect of the respondents during the time of empowerment project, at the stage of defining,carrying out evaluating the problem,can also encourage the respondents state in a comprehensive an detailed way,in order to show their attitudes deeply. In order to get the real attitude expectation and the evaluation of the volunteers, the respondents have to fill forms as a feedback and assisting with the dairies of the volunteers an important basis of the project will be got.The arms of this research:to understand the needs of personal, inteipersonal and community levels and the views of the causes and processes; to understand the processes of getting the sense of power; to understand the impact of the process; explore the social work practice model in the field of the military spouse empowerment.The article made up by six parts:First part is the purpose and significance of the project; Second part is the concept of the project; Third Forth Fifth are the discussion of the effect of the project; Sixth part is the conclusion and the localization which can be done as a further study.
