With the development of educational reform, the professional ability of teachers, especially practice teaching skills are being very important. Normal School Students’ practice teaching ability is directly related to their future performance. How to improve the students’ practical teaching ability is the key content of normal education.However, there are many problems in normal school students’practice teaching, and the emergence of new technologies can help educators to solve these problems to some extent. MicroBlog is a new kind of Web2.0tools, and its educational potential is being excavated by a large number of educational research and practice. In this study, the MicroBlog is used in the normal school students’practice teaching and learning activities, in order to promote the normal school students’practice teaching effectiveness.The author designed the processes of normal school students’practice teaching and learning activities based on MicroBlog and the evaluation program that used to evaluate the effect of MicroBlog application in practical teaching. Then we implement two cases using MicroBlog to communicate and manage during the practice teaching. We do content analysis on their MicroBlogin order to explore the characteristics of the communication contents, the level of interaction, as well as the typical communication case. We also do an investigation and interview some students face to face.The study found that MicroBlog can improve the communication in practice teaching to some extent.MicroBlog can help the students to share experiences.The communication content of MicroBlog and knowledge application scenarios are highly relevant which can help the students to solve the practical problems.The instructor could organize, guide and manage the practice teaching and learning process well based on MicroBlog.
