With the reform and development of Vocational and Technical Education, the research and theory study of VET is warming up. But there are also many problems in the real practice of education, and vocational teacher education is one of the problems. It is very hard to see the "fact" of these problems in the real world if we just do the research and investigation from the macro approach. And also we can’t get real break in the fields of education. However when we focus on the individual in the education world we can get more facts. After the site observation by myself I find that the teacher’s language isn’t just simple signal of sound. It is always transferring certain information and message and it also implies certain thoughts and beliefs of the teacher. The teacher’s language plays a key role in the teacher’s teaching and education career. Teacher’s teaching and education language model represents and reflects teacher’s attitude and basic professional quality, including his understanding of education, mastering of education regularities, his practice of education theory, his attitude to the students and finally the degree of his love to education. This thought gives a basic path to my research, that is uncover the veil of the education activities and do the research from microcosmic view. And then inspect the teacher’s professional quality and pry into the problems of teacher education in the field of vocational education.As through the microcosmic view my research will focus on the teacher’s teaching and education language. This study is intend to present the current situation of the vocational teacher’s teaching and education language through the individual in the vocational education, find the laws of the using of language which is presented in the form of language model and then find the key problems in these field and at last give some inspiration to the vocation teacher education as well as the vocation education itself.
