With the high development of modern society, information technology has been appliedin education widely.Cooperations are increasingly common in completing the tasks.Consequently, cooperative learning is more and more populared with educators in teaching. Itcan not only improve student’s communication abilities and cooperation abilities but alsoincrease the collective sense of honor and develop their potentialities. In addition, it canprovide more help when entering society. But in the current learning activities, there exist thefollowing problems commonly, namely, monotonous cooperation mode, simple content,unreasonable personnel allocation, inappropriate selection of courses and the inconsistency ofclassroom learning and network learning. So the learning effect is not good.This subject is derived from A study on total solution to employment-oriented ITspeciality in higher vocational education—a11th Five-year-plan sub-project of the NationalSocial Science Fund. We do the research of teaching theory and practice in order to improvethe skills of students and promote employment. In the paper, we study and research the mixedlearning and cooperative learning in depth, summarize the respective advantages anddisadvantages through the contrast analysis and then we propose a new cooperative learningmode, namely, mixed cooperation learning. Firstly, we research the grouping theory in theteaching mode. We find the reasonable grouping is an important guarantee of whether we cancomplete the teaching targets successfully according to the schedule. Secondly, according tothe existing grouping theory and teaching experience, we propose a grouping algorithm basedon the genetic algorithm. This algorithm can realize the automatic grouping and improve itsgrouping efficiency. Lastly, we develop the practical teaching on the basis of computerassembly and maintenance. In practice, the teachers assign tasks firstly. Then we groupautomaticly, cooperate with each other inside and outside the class and evaluate the process.At last, we analysis the teaching effect by the means of questionaire and interview and provethat this new teaching mode is effective and feasible in operation.
