Since1987,China’s ministry of education,ministry of finance and other nationalministries combined with China’s actual situation,gradually establish a "award,loans,help,,tonifying, reducing" as the main body of a wide range of University’s imbursingsystem for poor college students,the work-study programme is an indirect imbursement.The purposes of work-study programme is not just satisfy colleague students’existenceneeds,but to promote the colleague students’moral, intellectual,physical,,aestheticand all-round harmonious development.Under the guidance of strengthening and improving the ideological of the PartyCentral Committee and political education document, using the principles ofideological and political education, thorough examination of college work-studyprogram,"research of ideological and political education and its realization of collegework-study program" preliminary discussion on this subject. This article including fourparts:Part I,introduction. Introducing the topic selection of this subject and the topicbackground, significance and current situations of the domestic and foreign researchesabout this topic,and introducing the topic of research methods,research and innovation.Innovations part focuses on the carrier theory of the ideological and political educationin this topic. Part Ⅱ, expatiating the ideological and political education of thework-study program.Describing the meaning of work-study program, the historywork-study program,and the characters of work-study program,and focuses are theideological and political education of work-study program,laying a basis for thefollowing discussions. Part Ⅲ, cause analysis. Depending on the findings ofquestionnaire about the work-study program,there are three factors,firstly is collegesand universities have a lack of knowledge on the work-study programme,and collegesand universities make some guide deviations, secondly college students’understanding of work-study program is not sufficient,last but not least is thework-study program is not perfect. Part IV,proposing countermeasures. Establishingfour principles as a guide,consummating seven key contents in ideological and politicaleducation of work-study program. Innovativing three ways to approaching theexpansion of work-study program.Building three mechanisms to protectingwork-study program. In a word,all above are promoting the function of ideologicaland political education of work-study program.
