The prosperity of the country must rely on the talent,training of personnel must rely on education, enhancement of education must rely on teachers.From ancient times to the present,the teaching profession is a high hopes occupation,metaphors for teachers are from silkworms, candles to the gardener to the soul of engineers.These metaphors emphasize the dedication of teachers to students,teachers should escort the development of students’physical and mental health.These metaphors emphasize that teachers play a main role in education,teachers should ensure teaching effectively.In people’s enthusiasm statements about teachers,"teachers should give sth.",the speech that "teachers should be given sth." is rarely,the thinking behind the speech reflects the lack of human caring,which leads that teachers are drifting away from their career happiness,and gradually breeding burnout and other negative emotional experience.What can be used to evaluate teachers’occupational well-being?Which kind of subjective and objective conditions should be provide to make teachers feel,obtain and create happiness?With these questions,I begin to write article.This article consists of four parts.The first part,Determine the direction of this article. Introduce the reasons that I choose this title,"objective and subjective evaluation criteria and conditions of teachers’occupational well-being".The title is broken down into three parts to explain the meaning and value of this research,respectively.Consider the advantages and disadvantages of various research methods and the degree of familiarity with a variety of research methods,choose these methods that match with the theme of this study.Research focuses on innovation,from overview of previous research on teachers’ occupational well-being,we can find that this article is innovative in the distinctions between conceptions,evaluation criteria and conditions for construction. Due to the limited level of thinking and learning ability, unavoidable,there are some insurmountable problems in the study,and there are still some parts that need to be improved.The second part,reflect some conceptions.The initial form of the word or phrase is often more truly reflect its implication. Trace the source of happiness in the world of different languages, find most of this early state,the study may provide some inspiration.Around the awareness of the many scholars of happiness,I can stand the shoulders of giants to see "happiness" more comprehensive and clearly.Comb scholars on happiness wisdom,I find that some concepts appear very frequent,such as "happy","pain","happiness"and"burnout".Clarify the relationship between these concepts and happiness help to uncover the mystery of happiness. Induce characteristics of happiness,find the most essential thing of "happiness","occupation" and "teaching profession",definite what is "teachers’occupational well-being".The third part,evaluation criteria.In general,people make any evaluation will be integrated the main characteristics and the external environment.Do teachers experience the well-being in their job occupation?Does the teaching profession can bring happiness to teachers?With two aspects of the doubt,draw on the theories of Maslow and other people,then,proposed assumption about the standard of objective and subjective evaluation of teachers’occupational well-being.Verify and modify the assumptions in practice,use questionnaires and interviews to gather relevant information,Analyse questionnaire data with SPSS,EXCEL and other tools,come to the core of happiness elements,and find that teachers of different gender and different school-level have different happiness,which lay the foundation for the teaching profession happiness system diagram.In addition,Follow-up interviews with some of the more specific groups of teachers or the items which are far away from the original understanding.The fourth part,construct conditions.With the positive longing for the teaching profession happiness,propose subjective and objective conditions to help teachers access to career happiness. What can teachers do for their professional happiness? teachers can obtain three levels of happiness.Firstly,physical and mental health is the foundation of the teachers’feelings of career happiness. Secondly,the role of knowledge,the role of requirements,the role of the potential and role of action is the essential quality of teachers’occupational well-being.Thirdly,willingness to innovate and innovation capability is an inexhaustible motive force for teachers to create professional well-being. Society and school should create a favorable atmosphere for the teachers’professional happiness on material systems and culture.
