| Alpine skiing is the most important component of skiing sports. In short tenyears, it has developed vigorously in China. It is amazing in the data. Alpine skiinghas become one of the important sports in the fitness, leisure, entertainment andtourism of the winter. Even in the North, it has become an important pillar oftourism industry. However, with the rapid development of the ski industry, it alsohas some problems which affect its development. In the development andconstruction of alpine skiing field, location is the first step and at the same time it’salso a crucial decision. It is directly related to the entire future development andeconomic benefits of the alpine ski. In this paper, I do some research on the methodsof alpine ski location in order to improve the location theory of the alpine ski.In this paper, I use the method of literature, mathematical statistics,investigation and logic analysis and other research methods to do some researchdeeply on China alpine ski. And I find out the location problems of the alpine skiingfield in our country. While through studying the successful experience of the highlevel of the foreign alpine ski, I put forward the tendency of the modern alpine skidevelopment. According to the tendency of the modern alpine skiing, the principle ofalpine skiing site selection is put forward. And combining with the actual situation ofour country, I analyses the influence of natural and human factors in site selection ofalpine skiing specifically. Then find out the general position of the alpine ski from atheoretical point of view in our context. So I put forward some specific requirementsin the layout of alpine skiing. Moreover, I put forward some methods of alpine skilocation and do some analysis on it, which enriches the development andconstruction of our alpine skiing field.
