The Study Of International Mobility Of Students Under The Background Of Globalization Of Higher Education

International mobility of Students is a phenomenon which attracts much attention nowadays. Though it has a long history, college students mobility become more frequent under the background of globalization of higher education. The big scale, large number and great effect of international mobility of students has ever happen before. International mobility of students involves in interests of politic, economy, education and culture, so every country pays great attention to it.This paper starts from history, points out historical trace of international mobility of students, introduce history of international mobility of students. After analyzing characteristic and influence factors, the author analyzes characteristic and problems of Chinese students mobility. At the end of this paper, the author concludes the tendency of international mobility of students and inspiration to China.China in Han dynasty and Western Europe in medieval times were once the center of international mobility of students. However, international mobility of students shows new features under the globalization of economy and higher education. Higher education developed countries such as United States of American, United Kingdom and France are major host countries, China and India are major countries of origin of foreign students. In the global students market system, the mobility of students is from Asia Pacific Region to North America, Europe and Oceania and other regions, that is vertical mobility is dominant. As the development of economic cooperation and international communication of higher education, Horizontal Mobility become frequent, more and more countries stress importance of absorption of foreign students and promoting their own students to study abroad. Through the analysis of international mobility of students, we can know that geographical environment, historical customs, national initiatives, the level of development of higher education, and level of development of higher education affect international mobility of students.As the rapid development of students mobility, the problems of quality of overseas education and the outflow of talent occur in our country. Use successful experience of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France and Germany for reference, our government should emphasize on constructing quality control system, international mobility of students service system, returned students support system, this is good for improving international mobility of students and constructing our country as students mobility centre in the world.
