Empirical Study On Logistics Service Quality Of Tianjin A Universities

For the promotion of teaching quality improvement and expansion of the size of school, colleges and universities fully awaring of the development constraints in a timely manner to take appropriate measures to adjust to the logistics services, have taken the development of the market-oriented government policies as a guide. The education sector do supervision, the school is responsible for organization and coordination and social sectors to participate in the form of university logistics of the deepening of reform after years of practice. The use of university logistics management system and the overall service quality have been greatly improved, to some extent promoted college enrollment expansion of the scale and enhanced the quality of teaching. But in recent years, university logistics applied in the development of the approach to reform of the past emerges clearly from a variety suited to, whether it is from their management system or development model has contradictory requirements of today’s development.To promote the progress of the effectiveness of the logistics reform smooth and to achieve the University logistics reform process, the development is reviewing and summarizing the research process with Tianjin Maritime Vocational College. QOS for the study logistics management and operation services for the status quo of the Tianjin maritime vocational College through the questionnaire survey and other research methods and analysis of problems to provide a reference for the direction of reform and the paradigm shift of domestic universities logistics management. In addition, the use of comparative analysis, conclusion, summed up the foreign universities and logistical services to inspect, analyzing and discussing on various issues logistics management in our colleges and universities. The paper is order to make a theoretical guidance for the concrete practice of logistics reform in the effectiveness of the combination of the past logistics reform and to mature foreign logistics management mode.
