Bilingual education is a new teaching method,which develop continuous in practice. Itspractical effect will be directly related to the National talent cultivation plan and whether theteaching objectives are achievedmor not. Therefore, it bocomes an important issue foruniversities and bilingual teachers to take measures to ensure and improve teachingeffectiveness.In this paper, the research content is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, theresearch background, research content and research methods are described; In the second chapter,it elaborates the outline of the theory part in detail,which includes the definition of bilingualeducation and incentives. It also sums up the purpose of bilingual education, elaborates thethree models of bilingual education. It also sums up the factors that affect students’ internalmotivation to learn on the basic of a detailed analysis of "motive" theory in psychology. In thethird chapter, it elaborated the problems of bilingual education in China now on the basic of thepsychology of motivation thory.The probllems from students side is also described in detail. Inthe fourth chapter, the principles to be followed by the implementation of incentives in thebilingual classroom are summarized.Some incentive strategies are proposed. These strategies areanalysed combined with some examples in C++programming. In the fifth chapter, it hasConclusions and outlook part. It summarizes the findings of this paper, the shortcomings andfurther research outlook.Even though many researchers have done a lot of research and investigation in bilingualeducation, however, the proposed incentives are mostly concentrated in the description of thework of teachers in bilingual education. In this study, there will be a breakthrough. Somefeasible strategies to stimulate students’ motivation to learn in a bilingual classroom will comeforward on the theory of the "motivation" in psychology. The principles of teaching incentive areraised combined with the actualz situation of bilingual education, not just from a view ofteaching. |
