Revitalization of the nation lies in education, the key to the revitalization of education is the teacher. With the rise of education reform and promote the teachers’ responsibilities more, the new educational philosophy advocated by the overall development of students, teachers how to do it, how can the most effective way to improve their education level as the majority of experts and scholars as well as front-line teachers’thinking and research content. As history teachers, need to constantly broaden the horizons of knowledge and adjust their teaching structure, concerns the dynamics of historical research. Teaching good subject knowledge, educating students to establish a good view of the world and values In this environment, people become increasingly concerned to explore teachers’ growth factors, which is the focus of this study.In this paper, the method of narrative research, tracking the footprints of the growth of a high school history teacher, outstanding teachers who have young teachers to learn flash at using narrative of education, to truly restore the original appearance of the education and teaching, as well as daily life, use of relevant educational theory to analyze the relevant conclusions. By telling the real story of education, dig out the meaning hidden in the story behind the development process to explore the career aspirations of teachers and teaching philosophy; explore teachers towards excellence through analysis of their teaching notes as well as into the actual education classroom, and maturity of the road; teacher-student dialogue and classroom management, to explore the teachers’view of teachers and students and Teaching.Can draw a lot of inspiration in this study, the teachers themselves, especially in a confused state and the aggressive mentality of young teachers, to provide them with more references, whether it is classroom teaching, or teacher-student relationship, or classroom management has a great role. Educational narrative research is different from a purely theoretical study, teachers in learning theory, applied to the teaching may have to disconnect on the theoretical and practical convergence, through educational narrative, whether it is or watch the researchers I are close to real life, a lot of little things from the side, draw the appropriate experience and conclusions, this way more easy to understand and accept, from the life and applied to life. From people appreciate to grow into a good, respected, and energetic teacher growth path.
