For each people of knowledge needs are veryimportant, So it is needs for knowledge management.With rapidly development of China’s economic, Speeding up modernization and improving people’sliving standards. demands on education become higher and higher, Parents hoping their children canreceive a better education, Competition between schools has changed more intense. Facing newchallenges,Teachers as a carrier of knowledge, need to promote the development of their professionalknowledge and enhance the professionalism of the individual, To Respond to the competitiveness betweenthe schools. So research the teachers knowledge management have very important significance in theinformation age.In21century, the development of information technology is changing people’s way of life, the way ofstudy, the way of working and entertainment. Through the knowledge management, and promote teachers’tacit knowledge, the dominant knowledge transformation of, in the knowledge of the conversion process,improve the teachers’ professional skills and professional knowledge, individual teacher quality, promotethe professional development of teachers, and to enhance the competitiveness of the school andorganization. First of all, the teachers’ knowledge management can cause the teacher to have knowledgeconstruction of consciousness, and promote the formation for information to teachers under the conditions of teachers’ professional development, the professional consciousness, second in the current informationespecially those facing of teachers’ professional development under the background, improve schoolteachers’ knowledge management ability in order to promote the development of the school and theeducation of progress.Today, College entrance examination is still to decide the students’ future tool, For every Chinese child,Entrance examination is important for their lives, Therefore, the high school teachers becomes evident.With the high of a new round of curriculum reform, teaching status has been asked of high school teachers,teaching demands also have been highed,so They must have improved their professional knowledge, Inorder to better teach students. In this study, solving the above facts,Have discussed the theory of knowledge management,And through questionnaires and depth interviews, To clarify the status quo of high school teachers’knowledge management, have been nalyzed the reasons for this status quo. On this basis, According to therelated concept of knowledge management, Learn from many scholars at home and abroad on research onteachers’ personal knowledge management,Countermeasures and ways to improve high school teachers’knowledge management from different levels, Make full use of IT and network tools, Ensure that highschool teachers’ knowledge acquisition, storage, sharing, application and innovation of five aspects of wellcompletion.
