Since the new century, China’s education has developed at an unprecedentedspeed.China’s higher education is even more fruitful. However, in our highereducation’s transformation process that from elite education to popular education,there have been a series of problems and contradictions that we must pay attention toand resolve. Among them, the most important thing is the resources allocation of ourcountry’s higher education. Such as China’s higher education resources allocation cannot meet the needs of China’s socialist market economy; the differences of HigherEducation Resources between regions are too large; higher education lacks adequatefunding; the efficiency of higher education resources is very low, so on and so forth.These issues in the allocation of resources of higher education directly affects thefurther development of China’s higher education cause, and even affect China’spolitical stability and economic development, so to solve these problems in China’shigher education resource allocation is desperately urgent.Starting from the actual situation of China’s Higher Education Resourcesallocation, combined with domestic and foreign higher education resource allocationtheories, this theories analyses the problems of higher education resource allocationand the cause of these problems, and compares the situation of our country with otheradvanced countries in the allocation of resources of higher education, so that ourcountry can learn from other’s strong points to offset its weakness. This paper putsforward some advice to optimum allocation of resources of our country’s highereducation policy in the last chapter, I hope these advices will help to help to solve theexisting problems in China’s higher education resource allocation and promote thedevelopment of higher education in China...
