Sports Dance In Colleges And Universities In Shandong Province, And The Market Supply And Demand Analysis

As an emerging sport, sports dance is the perfect integration of sport and art.Along with the continuous deepening of colleges and universities physical educationreform in recent years, sports dance has got great development, popularization andpromotion in colleges and universities across the country, and became the favor of themajority of students. Sports dance not only enriches students’ cultural life andpromotes the social spiritual civilization construction, but also strengthens thestudents’ physical health, and gradually becomes an indispensible part of student’sdaily life.This paper utilizes the method of literature material, questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics and so on to investigate and analyze therelationship between sports dance and market supply and demand of Shandonguniversities, aiming at comprehensively understanding the relationship between sportsdance talents output and the market demand of Shandong universities, in addition, onthis basis, providing theoretical basis for the constantly improvement of college sportsdance education training mode.The results of the study show that:1.The main teacher resources of sports dance in our provincial colleges areyoung teachers, who have educational backgrounds in a normal level and should beimproved in theoretical research.2.At present, the development of sports dance in our provincial colleges is ingood condition on the five aspects of teaching content, teaching method, technicallevel, teaching effect and teaching attitude, on which respectively 77%、69%、61%、77%、60% of students choose satisfaction completely or on that score.3.Students’learning motivations of sports dance major in Shandong collegesmainly derive from test factors, supplemented by individual hobby, and studentshave keen interests in studying sports dance.4.The teaching hardware facilities and teaching environment of sports dance inShandong colleges are good, which could meet the basic needs of sports dance teaching.5.The employment situation of sports dance major in Shandong is good. Amongthe sports dance graduates investigated, there are 35% engaged in sports danceteaching in the unit, 18% chose independent undertaking related with sports dance,and 29% worked in the unit irrelevant to sports dance.6.At present, employment market of Shandong have a great demand on sportsdance graduates,So it is advised that the cultivation mode of university sports dance talents keeppace with the market needs so that the output of university talents will gradually adaptto the market need and achieve a balance between supply and demand.
