When the big round clockwise of development of the society turn to the industrialproduction and the knowledge economy’s scale, almost all of the society will transmitthe knowledge, skills and life shape which recognized by the mainstream ideology to itsmembers in the standard system of training, this process is called individualsocialization process generally speaking ,the education institutions at various levels andof various kinds is assume the responsibility of organization, the mission of theimplementer is dominator in class-teacher.From the social classifications to see, the teacher is just an ordinary professionwhich similar with lawyer, actor or Construction worker .however when a man checktimes ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign pedant, you will find that the teacher are"charm" endless. In this increasingly random world, teachers’ groups seem to have a"special phase", the "special phase" concentrated expression in: they become the"outsider" within the system, and "aphasia" of the word circles, the "humble person" inauthority.Chaos of the consciousness cause the vague impression, the sculpture of"professional, respect" in tradition seems to be collapsed, teachers have to ask: what isour identity? The traditional education theory seems to answer the "doubt" in no way,developing time need a "different" the idea to meet the new problems, bourdieu’scultural reproduction theory provide a new thinking and perspectives for us to recognizethe social identity of teachers .This theoretical study is rooted in bourdieu’s culture reproduction theory, in thefirst part of the article, the author briefly discusses the source of the subject and theresearch methods and goals, and preliminary definition of the involved concept, it iscombed from macroscopic in this paper, and is also the article essence.The second part of the article mainly discusses bourdieu’s concept of culturalcapital, through this concept analysis of the specific performance in the teachers andstudents’ cultural capital of inheritance relationship in school field, from sociology angle to recognize teachers’ professional little-known side. The third part of the article carryon above, but its content into the discussion of "habitus" in bourdieu’s social practicetheory, through using habitus to analysis of the academic achievements for students,which lead to the teacher for students "habitus" cultivation of the subtle influence ofplace. The fourth part of the article discusses deeply the profound ideological factorswhich hidden behind in teachers’ teaching activities, and namely "symbol of violence",through the analysis of the content such as Hidden Curriculum, we can cognitionteachers’ professional in state ideology.The fifth part of the article is the summary and distillation of this research, whichgiven the individual professional happiness pursuit hypothesis on the basis of teacher"instrumental" professional status, "poetic living". It ’ s hope for teachers to pursuit themeaning of existence and the individual career on the basis of the individual cognition,become a "free man", it goes without saying ,this is the meaning of author’s research.Russian scholars Alexander Herten had said, it is not a real goal when it’s infiniteremote, it is just a kind of deception, it’s should be close enough, or as the salaries of theworkers and Labor happiness at least. The purpose of the research is not hope to putforward a reform of the spirit "utopia", Perhaps when the teachers in daily trifles, toobusy to think, it’s can make them lose sight of the troubles temporarily and smile.
