| The transformation of sci-tech achievements is the value of the sci-tec innovation. One country’s competitiveness is affected by its ablity of sci-tech transformating. Universities have created numerous sci-tech achievements as well as culturing and supplying talented persons, transforming the sci-tech achievements to prolificacy is universities’ social function.In recent years, there are some achievements on transformation of sci-tech achievements in our country. However, the gap is exsiting compared to developed countries. Improving the ablity of the transformation of sci-tech achievements is an important part of country’s sci-tech work.This paper has studied the status of our and foreign countries, proposed the main problems in our country compared with the developed ones, so, the aim of the study is to do some help to solve these problems. This paper has chosen Stanford-Silicon Valley and Cambridge Science Park as the successful cases to study the characteristic of the transformation of sci-tech achievements in these areas, chosen Zhejiang University to study the university’s function in the transforming process. On the basis of the above research, this paper has proposed the model of the promotive mechanism, and described the main content of it. including structural optimization mechanism, strategic linkage mechanism, resources integration mechanism, benefit-sharing mechanism and comprehensive support mechanism. At last, this paper gave some suggestions to universities and government to form some practical significance. |
