Mind Liuhe Quan is one of the most significant Quanshu from history. The creation and development of it has a huge effect on the modern Quanshu in china. It starts from heart to mind, then turns to actions. It belongs to inner family Quanshu and it is very popular. It has been carried forward by Song Guobin, Wang Ziping, Tao Zihong, Jiang Hongxing, Jiang Hongyan and other martial arts masters in Bang Fu, Huainan, Hefei, Fuyang city of Anhui Province.The author gets some basic data through Wu Shu Association Committee of Anhui Province and "Xin Min Cup" National Invitational Tournament, which has been held in2011. Then the author uses literature review, mathematical statistics and analysis methods to analyze the population, distribution, the age of practitioners, sex structure and practitioners’ understanding of Mind Liuhe Quan. Then the author gets some following arguments.The first, Due to cultural differences from north-south geography in Anhui Province, it has resulted constraints in the spread and results the "top-heavy" distribution in Antique.Second, Most of practitioners are elders. Young people occupy small scale. It leads to a temporary shortage situation.Third, The mind of Chinese "male-female" and Islam for shackling women are still in the heart of people. Later female generations are special ones. With the addition of it is simple, practical, not too fancy, and is too stiff, fierce and difficult to learn and hard to practice, so it is hard to get female practitioners to accept and adhere to.Analyzing through interviewing Jiang Hongyan, Wang Kejun, Zhang Keqiang, Li Rubo, Zhang Yuan, etc and researching their related technical videos, and the author aims at the status quo of the practitioners in Anhui Province, through searching reasons, ways, the places of exercising and communication with other practitioners with it, the study found that:The first, Closed door conservative is the biggest bottleneck of Mind liuhe Quan in the spread and development of Anhui Province. The selection is very strict leads to small generations. Due to lack of strong communicators, it becomes difficult to expand the channels for the development of practicing population in Anhui Province.Second, The related Mind Liuhe Quan associations and research organizations are existing in name only of Anhui Province. Lack of management, planning and funding, they almost hold no organization-related activities. They can not provide a good platform to practitioners and someone who want to learn it.Third, Mind Liuhe Quan is not in line with the game routines and movement requirements of the modern competition standards, so it is impossible to get professional martial masters’instructors, recognized by the athletes and practitioners, and also can not get a promotion in competitions.Although the traditional form of it is its heritage form. It has played an irreplaceable role. However, with the development of modern society, it is inappropriate to rely solely on the traditional way to promote it. The author proposes the following suggestions through combine exercising and comprehends:The first, It is useful to extent Mind Liuhe Quan by retaining the core content and implementations part of the technology to the outside world, taking diversity and modern heritage form in accordance with the needs of today’s society.Second, It should be standardized routine to meet the requirements of the present competitions. It should adopt concept of training of modern scientific, without losing the technological attack, the traditional culture and effective protect the health of practitioners, so as to achieve the training goal. And then exploring the full line with international market Mind Liuhe Quan standardized training system.Third, With the development of Chinese socialist market economy and globalization, some foreign sports have taken the lead to promote the commercialization of the standard system. As long as we establish the correct values in the environment of the martial arts concept, do not pursuit the local and personal, one-sided and short-term interest, in stead of to pursuit long-term development and taking the nation’s overall interests to the first place. And "Using business to raise martial arts and in turn to work", they will be the two ways which have been to be taken that for traditional martial arts to sustainable develop.
