Research On Humanistic Care In Economically Underprivileged University Students’ Ideological And Political Education

With the reform of higher education cost-sharing system, economically underprivileged university students emerged in the universities quietly, and their situations were getting worse and worse. Economically underprivileged university students are not only facing financial difficulties, but also more likely to have sociological problems than other students. In order to help effectively the huge group out of the difficulties, the government has implemented some policies. According to these different subjects co-operation, the financial assistance system has been established gradually which contains five items, namely award, loan, support, complement and decrease. It’s useful to help avoiding the phenomenon of economically underprivileged university students out of universities. But the issue is that only material assistance is not enough, and it is necessary to implement the spirit of humanistic care. Therefore, the ideological and political education of economically underprivileged university students should adhere to the principle of human-oriented, and it should fully reflect humanistic care for these students. The main purpose of this paper is attempting to fulfill the aim that how to achieve humanistic care to economically underprivileged university students.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is made up of three sections:In the first section, the related theory of humanistic care to economically underprivileged university students is defined. Based on the analysis of these students’basic concept and characteristics and the modern explanation of humanistic care, the thesis focuses on the rationality of humanistic care to the ideological and political education for economically underprivileged university students.The second section takes the questionnaire survey of Shenyang Aerospace University as an example, talking about the implementation of humanistic care and the lack of effectiveness on current ideological and political education for economically underprivileged university students. Then the thesis outlines the main problems such as neglecting the subjectivity of students, taking rigid indoctrination, and paying no attention to personality and spirit comfort. It inspects the difficulties in ideological and political education from the realistic perspective. The third section focuses much on humanistic care. It explores the ideological and political education for economically underprivileged university students in the practice of humanistic care choices from four perspectives, including establishing a scientific concept, optimizing the content of education, improving the feasible system and creating the external environment.
