With the coming of the information age, the content and form of the traditional education can not meet the needs of the talent development, education reform is imperative.In the normal students’ compulsory course of "modern education technology", in order to train students’reflective ability, we introduced the tool-blog into course teaching, developed and perfected the reflective ability training strategies through three rounds of action research which the basic framework is motive stimulation, writing instruction and interactive reinforcement. And then our research puts forward some suggestions for the teaching application of blog.The aim of the first action research is design, implement, summarize and optimize the reflective ability training strategies by writing diary using blog. In this action, we understood the learners’attitude towards diary writing and the suggestions on the teaching applications of blog by questionnaire and interview, also measured the changes of the learners’ reflective level by content analysis method. On this basis, we summarized and reflected the teaching strategies on the blog application.On the basis of the first action, the second action focus on enriching and developing the three strategies which are motive stimulation, writing instruction and interactive reinforcement so as to make it more effectively in promoting learners’ reflective ability. The research methods used in this action are the same as the first action.On the basis of the first two rounds of research, the third action focus on the problem found in the research:what are the factors that caused the learners’ initial reflective level and improving speed all have differences. Combined qualitative research and quantitative research, this study will focus on some learners’ writing process to reveal the deep reasons which influence diary writing and reflection improving, further enriching the teaching strategies on the micro level by using multiple case study, content analysis, questionnaire and interviews.By constantly enriching and developing the teaching strategies through three action research, On the one hand, we found that diary writing really can help to enhance reflective ability. But there’s no perfect strategy in the teaching, only better strategy relatively. The formulation of strategy can not fit each learner’ characteristic, so the implementation process of strategy should embody freedom on the basis of main principles so as to promote the learners’development to the greatest degree. On the other hand, although the diary writing responds the learners’ reflective level just partially, as a reflective tool, the blog’ promoting reflective capability is fully affirmed and confirmed. In another aspect, the process of action research reminds us that exploration is unending and genuine knowledge comes from practice. With the continuation of teaching practice and further study, perfect things still need to be optimized, left for us to continue to explore. |
