The stage of junior school is a transition stage where an individual spends his time from childhood to the adulthood. In this very stage, the individual has the characteristics of semi-mature, semi-childish, lack of self-restraint and self-control. It is the complicated contradiction full of independence and childishness that pervades this whole junior school stage. All of the characteristics, including the great change of physical condition, find of inward world, awakening of self-awareness, reinforcement of spirit of independence, are the leading features of this period. They don not want to be passive accommodators, copyists, executants, and the ones who are subordinated to the others, but to be the ones who have the initiative and control power. Because that the majority of junior students have not developed good behavioral and study habits, their behavioral habits are still in the period of heteronomy. Furthermore, junior students are lacking in self-control and self-restraint, so their bad behavioral habits would be presented in the classroom, which brings about various classroom problem behaviors.The physical education class is a basic organization form of physical education, which helps the students not only to master the basic knowledge of sports, health care, basic techniques and skills, but also to achieve the ideological education and improve their standard of sports technology. Physical education class is not only an important component element of schooling, but also an essential way to ensure the all-round development of students by cultivating both their mind and body. However, Because that the organization form, teaching environment, teaching method and evaluation system of physical education class are quite different from those of the other subjects, superadding the influence of examination-oriented education, classroom problem behaviour is easier to occur in physical education class of junior high school than indoor class. Improperly handled, that will disrupt the class, effect the progress of teaching activities, causing conflict between teachers and students, and effect the development of students’health.This paper chooses400students and40physical education teachers of junior high school from Taiyuan Foreign Language Middle School, Taiyuan No.29Middle School, Taiyuan No.36Middle School and Taiyuan No.5Middle School to be the objects. This paper analyses the types of problem behaviors in junior high school’s physical education class by interview, questionnaire survey, document date and mathematical statistics. The author analyses the reasons of those problem behaviors from the perspectives of students themselves, teacher, school, the society and family. This paper gives some advices to prevent and scale down the classroom problem behavior in physical education, and advices for physical education teachers struggling in the frontline to ensure that the physical education teaching could cany out smoothly.
