As moral nominal, virtue is the summary and Conclusion of the moral experience in the development process of human moral and cultural. With the change of history, and the development of times, the virtue norm has been constantly abandoned, showing the features of historic, times and class nature. In different historical periods, different countries have presented different virtues, although they were varied, but generally reflected the common pursuit of basic human virtues. With the strengthening of the trend of world economic integration, the national traditional culture system and the value system have been broken, constantly towering the direction of diversification. It made the original national virtue systems have also been with unprecedented challenges. China and Singapore belong to the Asian cultural circle, adhering to common values of the East, forming a distinctive virtue of the content system, and run through them in the process of students’moral cultivation. The collision and penetration in the cultures of China and The West, Putting forward new demands and challenges to the reconstruction of the virtue system. In order to innovation and enrich our virtue system, to adapt to a new era of development needs, how to absorb and learn from other countries, especially the favorable factors of the setting and implementation of school virtues of Singapore, has become an important task facing us at this stage of moral education.The idea of this writing paper is divided into "four steps". The first step, it explains the general meaning of the virtue, characteristics and its historical development, and on this basis, emphasizing the characteristics, influencing factors and manifestations of the school virtues. The second step, it compares the virtues of different stage of moral education schools between China and Singapore, analyzing the similarities and differences, and exploring the different qualities of school virtues. The third step, it analysis the four "misplaced" of school virtues at present and explore their causes from four sides。The fourth step, I am about to explore a new model of virtues at different academic stage of our country, including t the principles, the method and the content of setting virtues. Through the comparative study of school virtues between China and Singapore, I want to be able to provide a new perspective and method to the Comparative Study of China and foreign moral education in the present stage. In order to better absorb and learn from the beneficial factors of foreign schools virtues in setting and enforcing, constantly to enrich and improve the system of our school virtues.
