Study On The Internal Management Mode Of Warwick University

The development of many Chinese university are elatively slow international advantage are not enough too, so we have to improve our management mode, speed up the university international development.Established in1965the University of Warwick has become one of the UK’s most outstanding university in just over40years of time, what kind of management mode can make its rapid entering the world’s outstanding university community, guarantee the quality of students in teaching research and at the same time also created the rich economic benefits,all of these are we have to think about.By using the method of documentary research、hisitorical analysis and case studies and based on the analysis of internal management mode of Warwick University, this study main body structure have four parts.First,to explore the internal management system of university. On the basis of decision power structure and decision-making procedure, and further ask about "who the decision" and "how to decision" problem. That is in the "common management" framework, illustrate the autonomy of college participation leadership structure and pioneers operation model. Second,to explore strategic planning of the university of Warwick. Third,to explore the teaching management and quality control of the university of Warwick. By revealing the university’s most distinctive interdisciplinary research, curriculum and graduate training mode to show the university of Warwick teaching management. At the same time,through research the goal, mechanism and method of the university of Warwick to show education quality guarantee system. Fourth,to explore funds management of the university of Warwick.
