Enhancing creativity is an important goal of the subjectivity education. Creativity does not be memorized and instructed as knowledge and skills. It needs the effect of environment. In the school education, classroom environment is the most basic educational environment. Subjectivity is the foundation of the creativity. It is the purpose and direction of creating a classroom environment to making subjective be principle and value orientation.On the basis of previous studies and own understanding, the classroom environment consists of concept environment, behavior environment, social environment and institutional environment. Concept environment includes ideal concept and reality concept. Behavior environment includes teaching behavior and learning behavior. Social environment includes relationship between teachers and students and relationship between students. Institutional environment are discipline and rules in the classroom.The core issue of the classroom environment is not conducive to highlighting the students subjectivity and being independent, proactive and surmountable. Then it hinders the creativity. The first, about the ideal concept, the teachers consider that everyone is creative, and the classroom environment is conducive to enhancing creativity which is open, democratic and free. About the reality concept, examination-oriented is the best choice. Secondly, free thought is encouraged by the teachers. At the same time, be inhibited. The students are not independent and proactive. Generally, they attached to the teachers. Thirdly, there is unequal treatment and lack of respect from the teacher to hinder some students development and personality. There is lack of healthy competition and easy atmosphere between students. So, novelty and difference are inhibited by consistence. Fourth, classroom discipline and rules is not cumbersome, but harsh. Finally, feelings of the classroom environment is proportional to the level of the academic performanceIt can clearly be seen that the classroom environment is conducive to enhancing creativity. There are four main reasons. First, teachers have insufficient creativity and low education level. Traditional classroom makes many students restrained. Cultural differences between teachers and students hinder harmonious classroom to come true. Second, the concept of practical education deviate its value orientation. Third, examination-oriented system commends the school education incorrectly. Fourth, utilitarian value of the society misleads the school education. Finally, some characteristics of traditional culture have a negative impact.So, for enhancing students creativity, there are five measures to erect classroom environment. First, enhance teachers" theoretical knowledge and practical ability. Second, make efforts in the context of the examination-oriented education. It includes analyzing the examination-oriented" s advantages and disadvantages; changing the teaching behavior. Third, establish classroom institution:following the subjectivity principle. Forth, seek a breakthrough in the background of the examination-oriented education:reforming the examination system. Finally, construct school atmosphere that encourage innovation:following two principle, reality and history, argument and critique.
