The core of education is instruction, and the key of the instruction is teachers. Cultivating excellent teachers is the goal of reformation for teacher education all over the world. Teachers’ professional has strong practical literacy. Therefore, the qualities of field experiences determine the quality of the teachers in a certain extent. But field experiences of pre-service teacher education, which is an important part of teacher education curriculum system and aims to cultivate the practical literacy of pre-service teachers, at present exist a lot of problems in our country.
