With the rapid development of Chinese basketball, people involved in basketball, basketball tournament have continued to increase, basketball tournament have continued to increase, requires a high level referees also increased, thus provide a good market for basketball referee training.Particularly basketball referee training market is still relatively small in Shanxi province overall, the understanding on the status quo of this industry is not clear and also there is a lack of theoretical guidance system. The paper makes a basic survey on basketball referee training market of Shanxi province by using methods of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and data analysis methods. In two major areas investigation:On the one hand from the basketball referee training the teachers in Shanxi province, the quality of teaching and the referee assessment; On the other hand from the Shaanxi Province to participate in a basketball referee training personnel by sex, age, and their participation in training motivation survey results show that The research shows that the main problems of the basketball referee training market in Shanxi province are as follows:1. The government should strengthen the guidance and supervision of the role, to establish a sound one, two, three referee training and management of policy and regulation system in Shaanxi Province;2. The basketball referee training institutions need to improve referee training system in Shaanxi Province, strengthening internal management, attention to the referee training, to fight for more judging and learning opportunities for teachers to improve the teacher’s treatment, in order to ensure the quality of the training;3. The government should establish the information market of the basketball referee training in Shaanxi Province. Relaxation of audit-scale, full use of market mechanisms to expand the scale of training, raising public awareness of the basketball referee to allow the public to understand will not only play basketball but also to understand the appropriate rules of basketball, basketball referee training a better environment;4. Create a new training team, their ages and their academic qualifications with a reasonable;5. The expansion of training activities to improve teaching methods, and promote the comprehensive development of the training;6.
