With Information Technology Means To Promote The Management Innovation In Colleges And Universities

TianFu College of SWUFE (TianFu College of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics) is located in west China, and established in 2006, aiming to carry out the undergraduate level education. TianFu College of SWUFE has long dedicated itself to developing one of the top-ranking nationwide colleges of arts and sciences with a sustainable principle of talent team support and academics development. With the rapid expansion of enrollment and dynamic management, there are more needs for flexible techniques on information management, promoting modernization of college development in terms of informatization construction.Information technology has been widely applied in every field of today’s society, and informatization construction has an enormous impact on improvement of the management standards of national universities and teaching innovations. To begin with the concept and development of informatization, this paper states the trend of college informatization construction and its stage, furthermore, makes it clear that goal of college informatization construction will be reached and such issues as principle, procedure and method will have to be followed. Based on these principles, procedures and methods, the author intends to evaluate and contemplate its carryover effect by means of his own experiences involved in the design, development and implementation on educational administration and teaching system of TianFu College of SWUFE.There are six chapters as follows:The first chapter includes the overview about informatization and management operating system. This chapter is mainly concerned about the concept of informatization and management operating system and its development.The second chapter is involved with the brief introduction of national college informatization. This chapter introduces the idea of national college informatization, outlining the historical stage of its development and its construction goal in the future, consequently, lay the solid foundation on implementation of the national college informatization.The third chapter includes the development of TianFu College of SWUFE and its informatization strategy. To begin with the construction background of TianFu College of SWUFE, this chapter states its detailed analysis on the internal and external environment nowadays, and come to an essential conclusion that TianFu College of SWUFE would stand out of present colleges in terms of informatization implementations of overall development strategy.The fourth chapter refers to the planning and design of educational administration and teaching system. This chapter describes its present analysis and system design author participated in person.The fifth chapter introduces the functional design of total management system on teaching. According to the analysis on educational administration and teaching system of TianFu College of SWUFE, thereby, its functional module can be successfully designed.The sixth chapter evaluates the construction work of informatization, accesses systematic implementary effect and its impact on the administration level of TianFu College of SWUFE. Meanwhile, it is involved in the upcoming efforts to completing the information system. Thence, this paper refers to the development and proposals of informatization in colleges and universities.Based on the implementation of educational administration and teaching system of TianFu College of SWUFE, this paper is aiming at presenting the problems in college informatization and its expecting target, and college will be gradually developed in the way of informatization construction on basis of lesser investment and certain principle and procedures, thus, improving the management standards and competition ability.This paper renders certain suggestions and reference value on how to operate in a lower cost and carry on informatization construction in high efficiency regarding the solutions to informatization outspread in national universities, especially for independent colleges which hold exceptional status by means of design and reflection on the educational administration and teaching system of TianFu College of SWUFE.Above is this author’s thought, your advice and grand instructions are always welcome on this paper.
