| With the development of our country’s economy and society, the higher education has made great achievements after entering into the 21st century. The deepening of higher education reforming and the improving of higher education created good opportunities to the whole work of universities. As an important part of the whole university works, the construction of College Students Associations(CSA) has changed a lot in recent years. Not only the development speed, the whole scale and coverage, or the functions, organization and operation ways has achieved larger developments. Meanwhile, the role of CSA on strengthening the construction of campus culture, improving the students’ comprehensive quality, guiding the students to adapt the society, promoting students’ growing is becoming larger and lager. The thesis firstly analysis the Ideological and Political Education(IPE) function of CSA. Then we try to reveal the formation mechanism of the IPE function of CSA and focus on how to fulfill this function under the new circumstances, hoping it can promote the good interaction between the CSA work and IPE work.The whole thesis is consisted of three parts:The first part, the definition of the IPE function of CSA and its researching meanings. This part mainly discussed the definition of CSA and its function and position in college students’ IDE. Then we states the researching meanings on strengthening the effectiveness of IDE and exploring new methods in the construction of CSA, and so on.The second part, the analysis of the function and its formation mechanism of the CSA’s IDE. We explained the four functions of the CSA’s IDE,which are cultivating the spirit of collectivism and team cooperations consciousness, improving the social ethics consciousness, strengthening the sense of social responsibility and mission, promoting the social adaptation ability. Also we talked about the four mechanisms of the CSA’s IDE formation function. The third part, the strategy of strengthening the CSA’s IDE function. In this chapter, we stated how to fulfill the CSA’s IDE function in four aspects. At first, we should to optimize the mechanism of management and guidance to guarantee the right direction of CSA’s IDE.Secondly, the operation mechanism of CSA’s activities should be improved to strengthen the IDE function.Thirdly, we should to optimize the mutual help mechanism of the CSA’s members to strengthen the attraction of CSA’s IDE function.Lastly, we need to construct the safeguarding and supporting mechanism to drive the sustainable development of CSA’s IDE. |
