The development program of National education and long-term claim that the development of nation should base on the education, and the development of education are suppose to take the teacher as the basic, and the development of teacher ought to based on teachers’occupation morality. China always pay much attention to the moral construction of college, and make achievement. However, the investigating discovery, college moral situation still exists some problem, for example, construction of teachers on the one hand to strengthen, on the other hand remain weaken. So serious study of College Teachers’moral construction problem has the vital significance in the new historical period.The ethics problems research basically is limited to the category of ethnics of teachers’work in a long time, however, The teachers’work is a typical person and person, person and environment of mutual influence, to study and slove of teacher occupation morality development process encountered, we should surpass the traditional thinking way of restriction comprehensive utilization of many discipline, Ecology is the study of the relationship between organisms and environment of system science, is a human life is closely related to science, it is construction of teachers research provides a new angle of view.In this paper, based on the ecological values, whereby the overall view, system view, balanced views on teacher occupation morality, development problem undertook discussing.Based on the literature analysis, and establish a framework of research, which look as the basic research tools, launched empirical research. The research use of literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, the method of interdisciplinary research and statistics analysis methods and so on, the questionnaire survey results were analyzed. The survey results show:Our country university morality is positive in main steam, with the ecological significance of mainstream, but the good does not mean the system does not exist in the problem, in fact, this system still exist some problem.Around this one result, attempts from the ecological point of view, namely the endogenous and exogenous two aspects to analyze the causes of the problem, and accordingly from teachers themselves and the external environment two aspects of the construction of teachers’morality in path.
